The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm on the “Bohemian Garden Lawn” at the Grand Bohemian Hotel, Charlotte. We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes early before official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings. The ceremony will be outside, however, there is a plan for inclement weather.
The Hotel will provide the Group with Valet Parking at an overnight rate of $40.00 per day per automobile for overnight Group Guests. Attendees not staying overnight will be charged a fee of $25.00 Valet Parking fee per day. If you are local to the Charlotte area, we do recommend utilizing services like Uber or carpooling, and we do recommend all our guests avoid drinking and driving.
There are also multiple parking options near the Grand Bohemian Hotel highlighted on map below in blue.
Yes, we are having an "unplugged" ceremony.
We have hired incredible wedding photographers, "The Stewarts Roam" as well as videographers "Sea to Summit Films" who will be capturing the ceremony.
We invite our guests to sit back, relax and be truly present in the moment with us. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off during our ceremony.
Feel free to snap some photos with friends, family and the bride and groom at cocktail hour and the reception. Our wedding hastag is #LuckBeALundy
The wedding is formal, so we are requesting our guests dress to impress with a "black tie optional" dress code.
The hotel is an Argentinian-influenced, work of art, and our colors are bright, bold, jewel tones with unique unexpected design aspects -if that helps to get you inspired!
Men: Dark suits (black or navy with tie) or tux.
Women: Fancy cocktail dresses or floor-length gowns.
As with any dress code, guests should avoid wearing white or any lighter-hued ensemble. Anything casual, like summery sundresses, polos, t-shirts or sneakers should be avoided.
Have a question? Feel free to reach out to the bride or groom to ask!
